Biodanza is a powerful body-based coaching system that can have profound effects on reducing stress and enhancing your sense of wellbeing. Our group sessions practise the art of Biodanza with trained facilitators. In a typical session we work through a dynamic series of dances and world music, a journey called a Vivencia, which lasts from 90 minutes to 2 hours. There are no steps to learn; we just come in something comfortable to wear and dance mostly barefoot. The music enters our bodies and moves directly to the emotions, creating our own organic form of dance.
